July 22nd, 2011 Posted in news | Comments OffIn order to swim at SVSL League meet, called the Regionals or Districts, you must fill in the SVSL Event Request Form and Application and pay the $15 fee. The form is available in the FORMS section on the right of this page. The form will also be available at the pool house and at the table set up to collect the forms and fee during practices Monday and Tuesday. After practice Tuesday you must give it to Coach Kim.
Fill in your requested events along with your name, attach a check for $15 or cash in a sealed envelope with your name on it, and turn it in at the table set up for collecting the entries. Entry Deadline is Tuesday at 4 pm.
